🌿 Made from 100% natural sisal fibres.
🏡 Ideal for decorative, craft and garden use.
💪 Strong, biodegradable & eco-friendly.
The 32 mm sisal rope is the thickest option in the range and is suited to large outdoor installations and bold landscaping projects. It provides strong sunlight resistance and minimal stretch while delivering an impressive rustic appearance. This rope is reliable for large posts, statement borders and garden structures that require significant visual impact. Sisal can shrink when wet so in order to prevent this, we recommend treating the rope before use in outdoor projects.
It is made from natural fibres taken from the Agave sisalana plant. These fibres are twisted into a strong three strand rope.
Yes. It can be used outdoors once it has been treated with decking oil or a water resistant spray.
We stock 10m, 50m, 60m, 100m and 220m lengths in our 10mm sisal rope. We recommend adding at least fifteen percent to your measurements because natural rope can shrink slightly when wet.
Yes. Sisal rope can be cut. Use sharp tools and tape the area before cutting to keep the ends neat.
You can use 32 mm rope for large posts, high impact decorative edges, statement borders and big landscaping projects.
Natural fibres can darken when exposed to sunlight or moisture. Treatment helps protect the rope and slow this change.
This rope is intended for decorative and light load use. Heavy lifting should be done with synthetic rope designed for strength.
Apply treatment regularly to help protect the fibres. For indoor use, keeping the rope clean and dry when possible will also help its lifespan. For outdoor use, we recommend applying a decking oil or water repellent treatment to maintain your sisal rope.
