Any goods found to be faulty can be returned immediately for a full credit. Items ordered by mistake or found to be unsuitable may also be returned and the cost of the goods will be refunded only. If you return the product to us without proof of purchase, your statutory rights are not affected. Please complete the returns form provided with your order.
Please note returns will only be accepted up to 28 days after purchase and will not be accepted or processed without a return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number you must contact Rope Source by email: email@example.com
Returns can take up to 7 working days to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse. Any refunds or credits can only be made once we have received the goods and they have been processed. Please bear with us while we do this.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with ‘proof of delivery’. Rope Source will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Customers are responsible for the delivery costs of returning goods for replacement/refund that are not faulty.
When an item is returned to be replaced or refunded that is not faulty, the goods must be in their original salable condition in all orignal packaging, boxes and packing materials complete with any documentation provided by the manufacturer.
