Shipping and Handling Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day when received before 12 noon. All in-stock orders will be shipped within 1 working day of being placed.
Standard Shipping (Zone A – Mainland UK)
Orders to mainland UK addresses are sent using Royal Mail 24 or another 24-hour courier service. Standard delivery is stated as 2–3 days, although most orders are received within 1–2 days once dispatched.
Other UK Zones (Zones B & C)
Zones B & C: Usually delivered within 2–3 working days.
International Zones (Zones D–F)
Zones D, E & F: Usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Next Day Shipping
Next Day Shipping is available for Zone A (mainland UK) addresses. This service means your order will be sent using a next working day delivery service.
While most parcels on this service are delivered the following working day, unforeseen delays can occur — for this reason, we quote 1–2 days at checkout.
To qualify for Next Day Shipping:
- Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday–Thursday and before 11am on Fridays.
- Orders placed after these times may be processed the next working day.
- Weekends, bank holidays, and Christmas holiday periods are not classed as working days.
Availability of Next Day Shipping may vary based on product availability, order volume, or other circumstances. If we are unable to dispatch your order for next day delivery, you will be informed the same day and offered a refund or suitable alternative.
If next day delivery is essential, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. While our carriers are extremely reliable, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays after your parcel has left our premises.
AM and Saturday Deliveries
We can arrange AM and Saturday deliveries upon request. Please contact us directly to arrange these services.

Heavy Items (over 30 kg) incur a £25 surcharge, clearly indicated on relevant product pages. All Zone A rates above are inclusive of VAT.

Scottish Highlands and Islands postcodes include AB10–16, AB21–25, AB30–39, AB41–45, AB51–56, DD8–9, FK7–21, IV1–20, IV21–28, IV30–32, IV36, IV40, IV52–54, IV63, KW1–KW14, PA21–40, PA80, PH3–13, PH15–26, PH30–41, PH49–50.
This list may change as carriers update their regional surcharges. Deliveries to these postcodes will take a minimum of 2–3 days.
International Orders
All customs, clearance charges, and local VAT for international orders are payable by the consignee upon arrival in the destination country. VAT No. 158403215.
Delivery Conditions
We are unable to deliver to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders for each address if required. If our carrier is unable to deliver, a card will usually be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery. Once delivered, goods become your property (provided they have been paid for in full). Except in cases of damage, fault, or incorrect delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage after delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all Zone A orders over £100, excluding ‘Heavy Items’ over 30kg. Heavy items are subject to a £25 surcharge, clearly indicated on the relevant product pages.
