Shipping and Handling
We aim to ship all orders the same day when the order is received before noon and all orders will be dispatched by the end of the next working day when in stock. Orders will usually be received in two to three working days. If goods are not in stock you will be informed of an expected delivery date. Where this is unsuitable you will be offered a substitute or the opportunity to cancel and offered a refund.
Our standard delivery area includes England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands. Deliveries will usually be sent across the UK via Royal Mail First Class or an alternative next day courier service, depending on the size of the order.
Delivery charges are per order and rates are determined by net price (ex VAT) according to the following delivery zones:
Zone A: England, Wales, Scottish Lowlands
Zone B: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland
Zone C: Channel Islands
Zone D: Republic of Ireland
Zone E: Western Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium)
Zone F: United States (US)

Rates for deliveries to destinations outside mainland UK are available upon request and should be confirmed before placing an order.

We are unable to deliver to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each address where this is required. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address where applicable.
With the exception of Royal Mail orders, in the event of our carriers being unable to deliver, a card will usually be left in your letterbox to notify you that we tried to deliver your parcel. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions on the card to schedule a delivery day. You will find the contact details on the card.
Once delivered, the products ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility, and except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered, or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
