Shipping and Handling

We aim to ship all orders the same day when the order is received before noon and all orders will be dispatched by the end of the next working day when in stock. All orders to mainland UK (Zone A) addresses will be sent on Royal Mail 1st class or another Next Day Courier and be received in 1-2 days when in stock. Orders to other UK addresses (Zones B & C) will usually be received in 2-3 days. Orders to Zones D, E & F will usually be received in 3-5 days. If there is a problem with your order or it needs to be made to order, you will be informed of the delay and an expected delivery date within 1 working day. Where this is unsuitable, you will be offered a substitute or the opportunity to cancel and be offered a full refund.

Next Day Shipping

Next Day Shipping is available for all orders under £100 to mainland UK (Zone A) addresses. Next Day shipping means the order will be sent out on a next working day delivery service. For Next Day Shipping, orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday and 11am on a Friday. Orders placed after this time may be processed the next working day. Please note weekends, bank holidays and the Christmas holiday periods are not classed as working days. The availability of Next Day Shipping may vary based on factors such as product availability, order volume, production time and any unforeseen circumstances. If for any reason we are unable to send your order out for next day shipping you will be informed the same day and offered the option of a refund or an alternative. If it is essential your goods are sent for Next Day Shipping, please contact us first to confirm availability before placing your order. Although our carriers are extremely reliable, we can’t be held responsible for unexpected shipping delays after the goods have left our premises.

AM and Saturday Deliveries

In addition to Next Day Shipping, we can also offer AM and Saturday deliveries. Please contact us directly to arrange this.

Delivery Rates

Our standard delivery area includes England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands. Deliveries will be sent across the UK via Royal Mail First Class or an alternative next day courier service, depending on the size of the order.

Delivery charges are per order and rates are determined by net price (ex VAT) according to the following delivery zones:

Zone A: England, Wales, Scottish Lowlands

Zone B: Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight

Zone C: Channel Islands and Isle of Man

Zone D: Republic of Ireland

Zone E: Western Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium)

Zone F: United States (US)

Rates for deliveries to destinations outside of the above zones are available upon request and should be confirmed before placing an order.

Please note that with the exception of Zone A, shipping rates for orders over £250 may vary, and when this is the case a shipping quote will be provided.

This list is not exhaustive and can be subject to change as carriers adjust their regional surcharges. Delivery to these postcodes will be 2-3 days minimum.

Please note that all customs, clearance charges and VAT on international orders are payable by the consignee on arrival in the destination country.

Delivery Conditions

We are unable to deliver to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each address where this is required. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address where applicable.

In the event of our carriers being unable to deliver, a card will usually be left in your letterbox to notify you that we tried to deliver your parcel. It is your responsibility to follow the instructions on the card to schedule a delivery day. You will find the contact details on the card.

Once delivered, the products ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility, and except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered, or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
